Fruit Custard
2 sponge finger biscuits
100g vanilla custard
1 cup of mixed berries, fresh or frozen & thawed
2 teaspoons caster sugar
Makes approx. 4 servings
At the raclette grill:
Break and crumble 1/2 a sponge biscuit onto a raclette pan, top
with a few berries and custard and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of
sugar. Place under grill until sugar has melted and caramelised.
