Smoked Salmon with Spinach
For 4 persons
- 12 smoked salmon slices
- 200g lite cream cheese (spreadable)
- 1 tablespoon of dried dill
- 30 fresh baby spinach leaves
- 2 baguettes loaves
Slice bread on the diagonal and place in basket. Mix dried dill into
cream cheese. Place salmon onto serving dish.
At the grill : Place spinach onto pan and top with cream cheese and grill
for a few minutes and serve with a slice of smoked salmon and slightly
toasted baguette slice.
